Data Collection: Personal data of company representatives of interest is sourced from LinkedIn, where individuals voluntarily share their corporate email addresses, or directly from the company’s website, where relevant contact information is provided.
Data Usage: Data is used exclusively for email communications from a representative of the client, partner, or Xen-one to the collected email addresses. These data are accessed and processed only for the specific purpose outlined above.
Data Deletion: If the data subject requests not to be contacted, Xen-One will remove the individual’s data from future communications and place it on a Block List to prevent future contact. Access to this list is restricted and only available to authorized personnel.
Transparency: Every email sent on behalf of Xen-one includes a message stating: “This email is solely intended to establish a potential business relationship in the legitimate interest of both the sender and the recipient. If you wish to know how we obtained your email, please reply ‘DATA’, and if you no longer wish to be contacted, please reply ‘NO’.”
Data Collected: Xen-one only processes the necessary data for the marketing activities: Name, Surname, Company Email, Company Name.
Email Communication: Based on our years of experience in B2B marketing, we have found that email remains the most effective communication tool, provided the content is relevant, personalized, concise, and clear.
Data Retention: Data is stored in a secure software system accessible only to the data controller and authorized personnel. These records are kept confidential and protected to the highest standards unless otherwise requested by the data subject.
Data Access & Block List: Access to the data storage system and Block List is secured with a password and an additional verification layer, where a changing numeric code is required every 30 seconds.
Data Requests: Any request from the data subject for information or data deletion will be fulfilled within 30 days.
